Responsibilities

We’re currently seeking Experienced Painters to join our crew — dependable professionals who take pride in their work and want steady, well-managed project

  • Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior residential surfaces
  • Perform drywall and other surface repairs, caulking, sanding, taping and masking as needed
  • Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
  • Manage and guide junior painter/laborers to efficiently complete projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site
    Communicate effectively with crew leads, homeowners, and team members
  • Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are followed
  • Represent Gray Fox Painting with professionalism and integrity to homeowners and commercial clients
  • No smoking on job site

Qualifications

✅ Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers
✅ Solid knowledge of surface prep, masking, and finish quality standards
✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✅ Must be on-time, reliable, and safety-conscious
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
✅ Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew
